If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from receipt to return it unopened for a refund or exchange.
To start the return process, simply use our online portal by clicking here. If you made your purchase in-store, please email us at support@saintsoffroad.com with your order details and we'll assist you.
Processing times may vary and lead times may be extended. Once an order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided.
Our regular Saints Offroad order fulfillment hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Orders placed on the weekend or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day (excluding holidays).
The Tie Down Strap with Hook is designed to be used with Rhino-Rack Eye Bolt Kits to strap down accessories. The hooks can be used to secure loads to fixtures up to 25mm in diameter or mesh wire. The strap itself is 3m / 118 inches in length.
